Made using only flour, water, sea salt and a living sourdough starter, each loaf is naturally fermented and handcrafted in small batches to develop remarkable depth of flavour, an open crumb and a beautifully caramelised crust. Whether enjoyed with butter, olive oil or simply on its own, this is the loaf we proudly place at the centre of our bakery. Store in a bread box or wrapped in a clean cotton cloth.
